We collect the information you submit in a request or provider application, such as name, email, phone number, ZIP code, issue category, timing, symptoms, company name, and service area.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate the request, communicate with you, prevent spam, improve the service, and introduce a relevant local provider when appropriate.
Provider sharing
We do not bulk-sell consumer requests to many providers. During the pilot, our intended model is one matched provider per request or one exclusive provider per territory/category. If a provider will contact you directly, the provider should be identified before phone or text outreach.
Retention and requests
You can ask us to delete or update your submitted information by contacting the site operator. Production contact details will be added after domain registration and mailbox setup.
